So my little sister and her friend are big fans of this hipster band Walking Shadows. A mate of mine works at the bar of the hotel they are staying at so he gives me a ring and I bring the girls over to this cafe across the way since there's already ten or so people camped out up front. We are just having a good time when all the sudden my sister freezes and points behind me. Vico, the singer, is clearly out of his fucking mind and on all sorts of stuff, he notices them pointing at him, and lets go of the hand of some bird who promptly can't get far enough away from us. Anyway, he's chatty and all smiles but reeks of alcohol and has a split lip and blood on his cheek. At this point the girl he was with, who doesn't look much better, looks at my youngest sister (who's 13) and asks if she has any smokes on her. My sisters are eating up all this attention, I give the chick a smoke, they go into the cafe and I'm left wondering if we all just got contact high from simply standing around them.
